Our shipping rates are structured as follows: there is a base fee of $5, plus an additional charge of $2 for each individual item included in the order. For example, the shipping cost for one item will be $7, for two items it will be $9, for three items $11, and this pattern continues accordingly. Additionally, we have made special adjustments specifically for single playing cards, understanding that they are lighter weight and require less shipping expense.

Please be aware that our shipping policy may be updated or modified over time as we gain further insights and experience with the shipping process and determine if any adjustments or improvements are necessary moving forward.

We strive to provide prompt and reliable service, aiming to get your items carefully packaged and shipped as quickly as possible, usually within just a couple of days. However, during particularly busy and hectic periods, it might take us a little longer than usual. Rest assured, we will keep in touch with you throughout the process, and we sincerely appreciate your understanding and thank you warmly for your patience and support.

Due to our limited storage capacity, we do not keep shipping boxes in stock for our considerably large items. We kindly ask you to keep in mind that we will require some extra time to select and locate an appropriate shipping box for these items, as we want to ensure that your item is well protected during transit and arrives in excellent condition.

Returns and Refunds

We will happily accept returns if the item or items are returned to us in the same condition as sold and if returned within 15 business days after you receive your order. Please Contact Us within three days after delivery of your item to let us know you are returning a package. All returns must be accompanied with proof of purchase. All items must be packaged properly, and tracking numbers for all returns must be provided. We strongly recommend that all items you return to us are insured for their full value. Unfortunately, we are unable to honor refunds for any items that are lost during transit or arrive damaged if they were sent back without insurance coverage. Ensuring your return is properly insured helps protect you from potential loss or damage throughout the shipping process. Once we receive and inspect your return we will contact you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original form of payment. In most cases, insurance fees and original and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Do not return items that were damaged in shipment. Damaged items are handled separately as stated below.

Damaged Items

We will do our part to ensure that your order is received undamaged. If you do receive your order damaged, please Contact Us immediately. We kindly ask that you include photos of the shipping carton, packing materials, and damaged item or items. We will be in contact with you as soon as possible. Please save the item or items, original shipping carton, and all packaging materials that were included with your order until the claim is resolved. Thank you!

Exchanges

Because our shop sells only authentic vintage items, we normally only have one of each, therefore in most cases, it is not possible to exchange an item for another in a different color or size, etc.
