To preserve their beauty and excellent condition, I would not recommend using these delightful bowls to serve food. They are vintage, delicate, and highly decorative. There are many creative uses for vintage bowls, and these particular ones would make charming place card holders—just set miniature easels inside the bowls or lean the cards against the sides—offer a wrapped candy or small guest gift in each bowl at every seat, or tuck in a sprig of greenery to bring a touch of nature to the table. They also look lovely displayed on a shelf or in a curio cabinet, or arranged around the home as eye-catching stylish accents. The possibilities for vintage bowls are truly endless, and these treasures are no exception.
